As a general rule, the cost to rent Photo Wagon for a private event is:

  • $300/hour, with a minimum of 2 hours rental.
  • Events with travel time over one hour are subject to an additional fee which will be determined based upon the location.

With this you receive:

  • Unlimited prints, made instantly for each session.
  • Four poses per strip.
  • Your choice from one of our background/prop combinations or customize your own. Handmade bunting and tassles in your company, school or wedding colors is an easy option!
  • An email of all images taken sent via Dropbox (upon request).
  • Event pictures posted to our Facebook page for “tagging” purposes.
  • At least one photobooth attendant.
  • Customized graphic on the bottom of the photo strip.
  • Air Conditioning or Heat as needed.
